Today I want to share a very special experience I had recently. I was invited onto the "Vivir del Fitness" podcast, where I had the chance to talk about my journey on social media and how I built my own business. It was a wonderful conversation where we were able to talk about important moments in my life and career.
Thank you Julián Galarzo and Kevin Sanchis for making me feel so comfortable chatting with you.

During the interview, we talked about how I started out on social media. I began with a healthy recipe blog, sharing my kitchen experiments along with my physical and lifestyle changes. But it wasn't all smooth sailing. Fitness pulled me back into a very tough phase where I relapsed into an eating disorder. That period of my life made me step back, reflect deeply, and rethink my whole approach.
I decided to pivot my blog and turn it into Cocinandomelavida, a space where I share traditional, delicious recipes while encouraging a healthy, balanced relationship with food. This shift didn't just help me heal, it also let me connect with so many people dealing with the same struggles and passions. Step by step, my blog grew, building a huge community of home-cooking lovers.
One of the main parts of our conversation was how my social media community grew over time. I talked about staying consistent with helpful content, keeping things authentic, and the importance of truly interacting with my audience. The response and support from my community have been so inspiring and keep me motivated every single day.
Another key topic was my transition from being a food enthusiast on social media to turning that passion into a real business. I shared my experience with both the challenges and the wins I have met along the way.
Tips for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Throughout the interview, I also shared a few tips for anyone wanting to take a similar path. Here are a few key points:
- Passion and authenticity: Always stay authentic and passionate about what you do. People connect with what is genuine.
- Consistency: Maintain a steady presence on social media. Showing up regularly helps build interest and trust with your audience.
- Continuous learning: The social media world changes constantly. Stay curious so you can always bring the best to your community.
- Diversification: Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversify your income through different business paths.
Joining the "Vivir del Fitness" podcast was an amazing experience and gave me a chance to look back on my journey so far. I am so grateful for the support of my community and excited for what lies ahead. Thank you for always being there.
