There are moments you know you will remember for the rest of your life. Not because everything went perfectly. Not because that single day suddenly transformed everything. But because, for a few seconds, you become completely aware of how far you have come to get there.
That is exactly what I felt the day I walked onto the stage to receive the Target 10 Star.
While I was waiting for my turn, I wasn't thinking about the award. I was thinking about the first time someone told me about Ringana and I replied that it wasn't for me. I was thinking about all the years I spent building businesses. About the times I had to start over from scratch. About the moments I doubted myself. About getting sick, which forced me to slow down when I believed that stopping was just wasting time.

Because, if I could talk to that Vanessa who was convinced she had to carry the weight of the world alone, I would tell her to breathe. That life doesn't always go as planned. And thank goodness for that.
When they handed me the star, I realized this recognition wasn't just about a business project. It was about transformation. Not the kind people see from the outside, but the kind that happens deep inside you.
The kind that forces you to question old beliefs. To step out of your comfort zone. To learn how to ask for help. To trust more. To stop chasing perfection. And to discover that real success has very little to do with applause and everything to do with going to bed at night with a peaceful heart.
I am not sharing this because I think it was a flawless speech. If I listened to it again a few months from now, I would probably change quite a few things. I am sharing it because it is honest. Because it captures exactly what I felt that day. And because if you are going through a season of change, doubt, or reinvention, maybe my words will keep you company.

There is a photo I will never post on Instagram. Not because I look bad in it, but because it tells a truth that doesn't fit neatly into social media.
The photo was taken in December. Punta Cana. The Caribbean Sea. Palm trees. My family having fun by the pool. And me, locked in a hotel room placing orders.
If anyone had opened the door right then, they would have thought:
"This girl has no idea how to disconnect."
And they would have been right. Because if there is one thing that defines me, it is that when I dive into something... I go all in.
But today's story doesn't start in Punta Cana. It starts seven years ago. Because the first time someone told me about Ringana... I said no. Just like that.
"This is not for me."
And I moved on with my life. The funny thing is that for the next five years, I kept watching. And I kept telling myself:
"No, this really isn't for me."
Until one day, something clicked. It wasn't that Ringana wasn't right for me. It was that I wasn't ready for Ringana yet.
Sometimes life doesn't ask you to find a new opportunity. It asks you to become the person who is capable of seeing it.
So two years ago, I felt it was time. And I remember exactly what I told my mentor.
"I want to join Ringana, and I am going all in."
And then I added something pretty bold.
"I am Target 10."
And I finished with:
"It is only a matter of time."
Because saying words out loud is one thing. Waking up every single morning to prove them is another story entirely.
A lot of people say:
"Well, of course you reached it in a year and a half, you are a content creator."
And they have a point. The problem is they usually forget to count the twelve years before that. Twelve years creating content. Learning. Failing. Posting even when I didn't feel like it. Because so often, what looks like overnight success is actually years of work that nobody saw.
Today, I want to say thank you. To my parents, for teaching me to fight for what I want.
To my husband, for supporting me and staying by my side even when living with me took more patience than love. I love you.
To my mentor, for telling me during the final week to let go of Target 10. Because my immediate thought was:
"You've got to be kidding me. I am hitting this goal no matter what."
To Irene, for selling me on this business for five whole years... without even knowing it. I love you.
To my therapist. Because some goals are achieved in a hotel room, but others are won much earlier. In silence. When nobody is clapping. Thank you for helping me become the person who could make it here.
To my friends. Some of you are here today picking up your own Target 10. And I know that if I had tried to back down from this goal... you would never have let me.
To my team and my clients. This star has my name on it, but it carries a piece of every single one of you.
And to my baby. You have been my engine for ten years. You grew up watching your mom chase dreams that were genuinely terrifying.
They say children learn from what they see. So I hope that when you grow up, you remember one thing. Not that your mother reached Target 10, but that your mother never stopped trying.
I owe you a real vacation. And this time, I promise no orders. Or... at least I'll try.
And there is one more person I need to thank. Myself. For listening to my gut. For saving myself. For refusing to settle for the life in front of me. For understanding that my circumstances didn't have to define my destiny. And for daring to say yes after five years of saying no.
Because today I see something clearly. Target 10 didn't begin the day I signed up with Ringana. It began the day I stopped looking for excuses not to do it.
And that is why I want to close with that photo from Punta Cana. For a long time, I thought it stood for sacrifice. Today I know it stands for something much deeper.
It stands for a decision. Choosing to bet on myself. To believe in myself. And to keep a promise.
Because two years ago, I said:
"I am Target 10."
And I added:
"It is only a matter of time."
Well... Today I am not celebrating a star. I am celebrating the decision that brought me to it.
Because two years ago I made a promise. And today I can tell you one thing: time proved me right. Thank you so much.
When I finished speaking and walked off the stage, I felt something that is still hard to put into words. It wasn't just the excitement of receiving an award. It was pure gratitude.
Gratitude for every person who was part of this path. For every hard decision. For every mistake. For every lesson learned. And for all the times life forced me to pivot when I was completely certain I knew where I was heading.
If this moment taught me anything, it is that recognitions come and go. What stays is who you become along the way. And that, for me at least, will always be the most meaningful part of the journey.
If you are thinking about starting your own business with Ringana, I explain step by step how to become a Ringana Partner and join my team.
