For more than twenty years, I have been an entrepreneur. My world was digital marketing, web design, social media, and content creation. I had built an agency I was truly passionate about, and even though the pace was intense, I felt I had found my place.
That is why, when a friend first told me about Ringana, I barely paid attention. I remember thinking it had nothing to do with me. I already had my business, my work, and a very clear path. I was not looking for a change, nor did I imagine I might need one. But life sometimes has other plans.
When what seemed safe and secure no longer was
Over time, a difficult period arrived that forced me to pause and rethink many things.
When your body tells you to slow down, you start looking at your life from a different perspective. You realize that what seemed stable might not have been so secure after all, and you begin asking yourself questions you had not even considered before.
At the same time, the industry I had dedicated so many years to was changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence began transforming many of the tasks that had long been part of my everyday work.
Far from seeing it as a threat, I understood I needed to keep learning and evolving. But I also realized something crucial: I did not want to rely on a single income stream. After so many years in business, diversifying stopped being just an option and became a smart decision.
That was when I remembered the conversation I had brushed off years earlier.
This time, I decided to listen
I revisited Ringana with a completely fresh perspective. I did not jump in looking for the business of a lifetime. I stepped in looking for a project that could complement what I was already doing and align with how I understand wellness, entrepreneurship, and conscious living.
What I did not expect was that this single step would bring me so much more than I imagined.
Before sharing it, I needed to experience it
There is one thing I have always been clear about: I do not like recommending things I do not know or do not use in my daily life. So before talking to anyone about Ringana, I decided to try their products and draw my own conclusions.
I especially remember the CAPS move, because they became part of a phase where I was focusing on taking better care of myself. My personal experience was positive, and I felt they fit right in with the new habits I was steadily building.
I do not believe in quick fixes or miracle products. I believe in the power of small habits maintained over time and in finding what genuinely makes sense for you based on your personal experience.
That was why I decided to keep using them and, later on, share them with others.
What surprised me most was not the products
Over time, I realized that what I valued most about Ringana went far beyond what I had initially imagined.
I discovered a community of people who shared my values, questions, and a very human approach to entrepreneurship.
After so many years of working on my own, finding an environment where I could learn, share experiences, and celebrate other people's wins was something I truly had not expected.
It was not about competing. It was about growing. And that difference, for me, changes everything.
A milestone that made me look back
A few days ago, I experienced one of those moments that is hard to put into words. I received the Target 10 Star, one of the recognitions Ringana awards to those reaching the highest level in the company.
While standing on stage, I was not thinking about the award itself. I was thinking about everything that had to happen to get there. About that first conversation I chose to ignore. About the doubts early on. About the days spent juggling this project with my agency. And about the people who had trusted me along the way.
And I realized that star did not represent a finish line. It represented all the personal and professional growth experienced along the journey.
No business changes your life just because you join
There is a reflection I have been turning over in my mind for a while, and I wanted to share it because I think it is rarely talked about with enough honesty.
Over my twenty-plus years in entrepreneurship, I have seen many people start projects with huge excitement. People who dream of changing their situation, having more freedom, or building a different kind of life. And that is wonderful.
What happens, though, is that sometimes we expect the business to create that change almost on its own. As if just signing up was enough to make things happen.
My experience has been very different. Not just with Ringana, but with every project I have ever started. I have learned that no business changes your life simply by being part of it. What truly makes the difference is the person you become while building it.
Because entrepreneurship constantly holds up a mirror. It forces you to confront your fears, your insecurities, procrastination, the need for approval, and all those limiting beliefs we often carry for years without even realizing it.
You can have the best opportunity in front of you, but if you are not willing to learn, step out of your comfort zone, develop new skills, and take ownership of your decisions, it is very hard to build any long-term project.
And that is not unique to Ringana. It is something I have lived through with my marketing agency, with Cocinandomelavida, and with every single project I have been involved in over the years.
People often ask me what the secret is. And I always answer the same way. I do not believe in magic formulas.
I believe in training. In consistency. In showing up even when you do not feel like it. In continuing to learn when you think you already know enough. In accepting that mistakes are part of the journey. And, above all, in understanding that results unfold differently for everyone, because we all start from different circumstances, goals, and levels of commitment.
That is why it bothers me when people talk about these types of projects as get-rich-quick schemes. At least, that has not been my experience.
I have invested time in learning, improving my communication, learning to lead, managing my emotions better, and developing skills that go far beyond any single product or business model.
Looking back, I realize the greatest gift has not been an award or a specific result. It has been discovering what I was capable of when I truly committed to myself. And that is the part no one else can do for you.
No business, no matter how great, can replace personal inner work. But when you find a project aligned with your values and choose to grow alongside it, the journey can teach you far more than you ever imagined. That, at least, has been my experience.
What Ringana means to me today
If someone asked me what Ringana has meant in my life, I would not start by talking about a product or an award.
I would talk about peace of mind. About having diversified my professional work. About meeting wonderful people. About continuing to learn after more than twenty years as an entrepreneur. And about having found a project that aligns with my values and the life I want to build.
This does not mean this path looks the same for everyone. Each person has their own goals, their own time commitment, and their own circumstances. This is simply my story.
If you are thinking about starting a business with Ringana, I explain step by step how to become a Ringana Partner and join my team.
If you have read this far...

Whatever your reason, I would be glad to share my experience with you and answer your questions with complete honesty. No pressure. No promises. Just telling you what I have experienced.
Because if there is one thing I have learned over all these years, it is that the best decisions do not usually start with an answer. They start with a conversation.
I lead a team with hundreds of women who, despite their fears, decided one day to say 'yes' to this opportunity, and today it is changing their lives in every sense.
