Chickpea Flour Brownie

Be the first to rate it!

Today I want to share my favorite version of a classic: this chickpea flour brownie. It's a fantastic gluten-free alternative for enjoying an intense, chocolatey homemade treat without any refined flours. I promise the flavor will surprise you, because it doesn't taste like legumes at all.

It gets a tender, fudgy texture with just the right crunch from the walnuts. It comes together in no time with very simple ingredients. Turn on your oven, because you're going to fall in love with it.
