Today we're making quinoa crackers with classic hummus, a wonderful pairing we love sharing and dipping into. With cooked chickpeas and tahini we whip up a silky dip, and we roll the dough out super thin to get lovely crisp crackers. Let's make this homemade, simple, and flavorful appetizer together.
