Let's roll up our sleeves and make this homemade Rosca de Reyes filled with cream, a traditional sweet bread to share and celebrate. We prepare a citrus-scented dough paired with a luscious whipped cream and mascarpone filling. With a little patience for the dough to rest, you'll have a truly special treat on the table.

The dough needs to chill in the fridge for 12 hours, on top of the other proofing, baking, and cooling times. The prep and cooking times on this recipe do not include that long chill, so be sure to start the day before.
