Today we're making Spanish potato salad my way, one of those recipes we love to share when we're looking for something chilled and refreshing. With potatoes, bonito tuna in extra virgin olive oil, and a creamy homemade lactonesa, we get a mixture packed with flavor. We chill it for a few hours in the fridge and our potato salad is ready to enjoy together.
