Today we're making lentils with vegetables and Ras El Hanout, a hearty, flavorful stew made with Spanish pardina lentils and eggplant that invites you to slow down and enjoy a good bowl of comfort food. We love the aromatic depth of this spice blend, and whenever we feel like making it even heartier, we serve it with brown rice for a thoroughly satisfying meal.
