Melon and Iberian Ham Shooters

Here are the ingredients for this appetizer

• Melon
• Iberian ham
• First-press extra virgin olive oil
• Pink salt (optional)

Method

1. 1Dice the melon and blend it thoroughly in a blender.
2. 2Fill the shot glasses.
3. 3Add a drizzle of EVOO to each glass.
4. 4Top with small bits of Iberian ham.

Notes

1. 1I don't add salt because the ham provides plenty of savory flavor, but you can add a pinch before the oil if you like.
