Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you'll need

  • 250g high-protein cream cheese spread
  • 200g 0% fat whipped fresh cheese (quark)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 5 tablespoons whole oat flour
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon date syrup

Topping

  • Water
  • Chocolate-flavoured protein powder

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Blend all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender, except for the topping.
  2. 2Pour the batter into individual silicone moulds.
  3. 3Cook in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at maximum power (depending on your microwave, you might need a little more or less time; keep an eye on them and insert a toothpick into the centre—if it comes out clean, they're ready).
  4. 4Once done, remove them from the microwave and let them cool down before transferring them to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  5. 5Prepare our protein syrup by mixing a splash of water with the protein powder until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. 6Drizzle the chocolate syrup all over our little cheesecakes.
  7. 7All done! Time to enjoy our MICROWAVE MINI CHEESECAKES!
