Today we're making sugar-free chocolate custard with pure cocoa and soy milk, a wholesome homemade dessert to enjoy by the spoonful. We prepare it using a kitchen food processor or right on the stovetop with a few simple steps, then let it chill overnight in the fridge so it's perfectly set for the next day.
