Today we're making no-bake carrot cake balls with carrots and dates, bringing all the wonderful flavours of carrot cake into an irresistible bite-sized snack. We love how easy it is to mix everything up and roll them into shape with our hands. All that's left is letting them rest in the fridge… if we can resist the temptation!
