Today we're making curried lentils with mushrooms, a simple recipe packed with flavour that gives our everyday pulses a lovely twist. We pair cooked brown pardina lentils with shimeji mushrooms and that warm curry aroma we love so much, and we cook it all in one pan to keep things as effortless as possible.
