Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need for this recipe

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp healthy tomato sauce
  • Oregano
  • High-protein cheese (or shredded mozzarella)
  • Diced cured Spanish ham (jamón)
  • Cured pork loin (lomo embuchado)
  • Olive oil

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. 2Add a tiny drop of olive oil to a non-stick skillet and spread it evenly over the surface so the omelet won't stick.
  3. 3Once warm, pour in the egg whites and cook over low heat, covering with a lid so they set gently all the way through.
  4. 4Once set, transfer the omelet to an oven-safe plate or baking dish and assemble your tortipizza.
  5. 5Spread on the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with oregano and top with cheese, diced ham, and cured loin.
  6. 6Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the ham and loin are lightly cooked.
  7. 7Done! Our Ham and Cured Pork Loin Tortipizza is ready to serve
