Today we're making mandarin jelly cups using fresh mandarins, an easy dessert we love for its bright citrus flavor and charming individual presentation. We let them set in the fridge and finish them with a layer of skyr yogurt and cocoa powder for a wonderful contrast in every single spoonful.
