Prep: 15 minCook: 45 minServes: 4

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients

  • Red bell peppers
  • Bonito tuna loins in olive oil
  • Garlic cloves

Step by step

Method

  1. 1To roast the peppers, you can place them on a baking tray either covered with foil or uncovered.
  2. 2Roast everything for about 45min, let them cool, and peel them.
  3. 3Then blend them in a food processor or blender with the bonito tuna until you get the perfect texture for spreading or dipping.
  4. 4Serve in small glasses and garnish with a piece of stuffed olive if you like, plus some breadsticks as shown in the photo.

Notes

  1. 1I haven't listed exact quantities so you can tailor it to your taste. The garlic and bonito can be adjusted however you prefer.
  2. 2I don't recommend adding extra salt, since the bonito is already salty enough.
  3. 3You can use regular canned tuna instead of bonito.
