Today we're getting our hands busy with these Snow-Dusted Pumpkin Donuts, made with roasted pumpkin and whole spelt flour that we just love for afternoon tea. We bake them in the oven with a warm touch of spices and, once cooled, we give them that irresistible vanilla and cinnamon snowy coating.
