Today we're treating ourselves to these snowy oat croissants, an easy recipe made with wholegrain oat flour and a hint of vanilla that makes a wonderful change for breakfast or an afternoon snack. We mix the batter, pour it into the mould, and after a short bake, all that's left is to dust them as you like and dig in together.
