Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you'll need for this recipe

  • 5 large zucchinis
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 chicken breast

For the topping

  • Serrano ham shavings or small cubes

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Wash the zucchinis, cut them into chunks, and place them in a pot.
  2. 2Next, peel the onion, chop it into pieces, and add it to the pot.
  3. 3Now, dry-sauté the vegetables for a bit (without any oil) so they get slightly charred.
  4. 4Once the zucchini has some color, cover well with water and add the chicken breast.
  5. 5Cover with a lid and cook for 35-45min over medium heat.
  6. 6Once the time is up, remove from the heat and let cool.
  7. 7Blend the mixture in a blender until completely smooth and creamy.
  8. 8Serve and garnish with the ham shavings.
  9. 9All done! Our zucchini, onion, and chicken purée is ready

Extras

  1. 1You can season to taste with pink Himalayan salt and black pepper.
  2. 2With these amounts, I get 4 containers that you can keep in the freezer and pull out whenever you fancy.
