Today I want to show you how to make these baked tomatoes with tuna and cheese, an effortless and super comforting dish that I often make when I need a quick, healthy dinner that doesn't skimp on flavor. It comes together in no time with basic pantry staples you probably already have.

For this version, I chose firm green tomatoes and shredded high-protein cheese, which melts and browns beautifully under the grill. It's light, delicious, and ideal for eating well without spending hours over the stove.
