Today I'm making no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars with a simple date and oat base, crunchy peanut butter, and a rich dark chocolate topping. I love this combination of textures: dates bring natural sweetness and hold the base together, while bits of peanut add that satisfying crunch.

If you're craving a wholesome homemade peanut chocolate treat, these bars are wonderful to keep in the fridge for a sweet bite after lunch or as an afternoon snack. This recipe makes eight bars and uses 100% pure dark chocolate, so the contrast with the sweet dates really shines. A true treat for anyone who loves intense dark chocolate.
