Today we're making couscous with curried peppers, a simple and colorful recipe where we get to cook without any fuss. We gently soften red and green bell peppers together with the warm, aromatic touch of Madras curry. We toss everything with fluffy couscous and, if you like, finish with a handful of fresh cilantro.
