Ingredients

These are the ingredients you need

  • Squid
  • Squid tentacles
  • Fresh parsley
  • Garlic cloves
  • Lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Clean the squid tubes and tentacles thoroughly.
  2. 2Cook the tentacles in a covered pan so they release their liquid and gently braise in their own juices (this keeps them tender).
  3. 3Once you see that the tentacles have shrunk, uncover the pan and let the remaining liquid evaporate completely.
  4. 4Add a drizzle of olive oil, sear quickly, and transfer to a plate.
  5. 5Next, cook the squid tubes over high heat, searing them briefly on both sides until they firm up and stop releasing water.
  6. 6Make a quick dressing by finely chopping garlic and parsley together with olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
  7. 7Spoon the dressing generously over the hot squid.
  8. 8And that's it! Our GRILLED SQUID WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY is ready to enjoy.
