Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need

  • 250g strong spelt flour
  • 1 Cube fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 20ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 150ml lukewarm water

Topping

  • Goat's cheese
  • Mini mozzarella balls
  • Blue cheese
  • Grated low-fat cheese
  • Fresh baby spinach leaves

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Add all the dough ingredients into the food processor or stand mixer and knead for 6min on speed 3 (if you don't have one, knead by hand).
  2. 2Transfer the dough to your work surface, dust with a pinch of flour so it doesn't stick, and work it into a smooth ball.
  3. 3Place it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it with your hands. I made mine square.
  4. 4Place the tray in the turned-off oven and let the dough rise for at least 30min.
  5. 5Once rested, add your toppings and bake.
  6. 6Bake for 15-20min at 180ºC, or use your oven's thick-crust steam pizza function for 16min.
  7. 7Done! Our four-cheese pizza bianca with spinach is ready to enjoy.
