Today we're treating ourselves to these stuffed oat crepes, a simple recipe with oat flour and smooth whipped quark that makes a wonderful breakfast or afternoon snack. We make them nice and thin, fold them into triangles, and stack them into a little tower. All that's left is to add the toppings and enjoy every bite together.
