Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need for this recipe

  • 40gr whole oat flour
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon 0% fat whipped Greek yogurt (or smooth quark)
  • 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
  • 1 splash plant milk (whichever you use)
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Walnuts
  • Raspberries
  • 1 pinch vanilla protein powder (whichever you use)

Step by step

Method

  1. 1Mix the oat flour, egg whites, and whipped yogurt in a shaker bottle.
  2. 2Place a non-stick skillet over low heat and cook the batter in very thin layers.
  3. 3Cook only on one side and remove from the pan.
  4. 4Repeat until you have used up all the batter.
  5. 5Next, prepare the chocolate filling by whisking the cocoa powder with the milk.
  6. 6Add the milk little by little until you reach the ideal spreadable texture for your filling.
  7. 7Add sweetener if you like to soften the bitterness of the cocoa.
  8. 8Once ready, fill each crêpe and gently roll it up.
  9. 9To serve, dust a little vanilla protein powder over the top, drizzle with any leftover chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  10. 10Serve alongside some fresh raspberries.
  11. 11All done! Our Oat Crêpes Stuffed with Cocoa Cream are ready
