Prep: 10 minCook: 8 minServes: 2

Ingredients

For the crepes

  • 30g whole oat flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 splash unsweetened plant milk

For the filling

  • 120g 0% fat whipped fresh cheese (quark)
  • 4 large strawberries

For the topping

  • Healthy chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Blueberries

Step by step

Method

  1. 1In a shaker cup, mix the oat flour, the 3 egg whites, and the splash of plant milk.
  2. 2Cook the batter in very thin layers in a nonstick skillet (with these amounts and a large skillet you will get 4 crepes). I only cook them on one side; the batter is delicate and cooking both sides toasts them too much, making them hard to roll.
  3. 3Wash and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
  4. 4In a small bowl, mix the diced strawberries with the 0% whipped fresh cheese.
  5. 5Fill the crepes with the mixture.
  6. 6Warm a tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread in the microwave and drizzle it over the crepes, finishing with extra strawberry pieces and fresh blueberries.
  7. 7All done! Our Oat Crepes with Strawberries are ready.
