Today we're making cardoons with bacon and cheese, the kind of cosy dish you want to bring straight to the table piping hot, with a creamy sauce and a flavourful gratin topping. We use jarred cardoons and cream cheese to assemble these simple little cazuelas, finishing with that touch of Idiazabal cheese we love so much.
