  • 400g tuna
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Bay leaf
  • Oregano
  • Sweet or hot paprika
  • Sherry vinegar
  • 1 glass of fish stock or water
  • Pink salt

Method

  1. 1Chop the onion into small pieces and add it to a pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil and salt; let it cook down gently until soft and translucent.
  2. 2Add the bay leaf, oregano, and minced garlic cloves.
  3. 3Meanwhile, cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes and season lightly with salt.
  4. 4As the onion continues to cook down, add vinegar to taste and paprika, and keep cooking until it starts to turn golden.
  5. 5Add the tuna and sear it lightly.
  6. 6Pour in the stock or water and cook for about 3 minutes, or until the tuna is just cooked through.
  7. 7And that's it! Our TUNA WITH ONIONS is ready to enjoy.
